Description

12+ partners with schools in underserved communities to build Plus Centers and provide individualized academic and postsecondary counseling for all students to ensure that all that all students graduate with a dedicated post-secondary path.

Eligibility

12+ works in Camden High School, Penn Treaty High School, Kensington Health Sciences Academy, and Kensington High School.
