Description

The School District of Philadelphia Dual Enrollment program offers eligible high school students the opportunity to earn college credits while still in high school. Through partnerships with local colleges and universities (like CCP, La Salle, Eastern, Arcadia, and Temple)  students can enroll in college-level courses and experience the rigor and expectations of higher education. The program aims to provide students with an early exposure to college coursework, allowing them to explore their academic interests and potentially accelerate their college education.

Eligibility

• Must be a high school student enrolled in the School District of Philadelphia.

• Must have completed the required prerequisites for the desired college-level course(s).

• Must meet the academic criteria set by the partnering college or university.

• Students are typically eligible to apply during their junior or senior year of high school.
