U-ROC Leadership Gap Year Program

Description

The U-ROC Leadership Gap Year Program, offered by the Riker Opportunity Institute, is designed to empower and develop young leaders through a transformative gap year experience. The program aims to address the leadership gap among young adults by providing comprehensive training, mentorship, and experiential learning opportunities. Participants engage in a variety of activities and projects that enhance their leadership skills, foster personal growth, and prepare them for future academic and professional success.

Their website notes, “The program costs $4,400, and we do not want this cost to be a barrier to your participation. Scholarships are available. Also, paid internships, which are an integral part of our program, will help you afford this fee. Please apply, and we will discuss the financial arrangements with you privately and confidentially.”
