The Octavius Catto Legacy Conference will bring together conversations focused on expanding college access and supporting student success in Philadelphia.

As part of College Awareness Month, the free conference will explore ways to make education more accessible, affordable, equitable, and inclusive. Discussions will focus on engaging, educating, and empowering participants while examining opportunities to strengthen pathways to college admission and completion.

The conference also honors the legacy of Octavius V. Catto and highlights efforts that continue his commitment to expanding educational opportunity, including programs such as Community College of Philadelphia’s Octavius Catto Scholarship.
