Project HOME K-8 After School Program
DescriptionThe Project HOME K-8 After School Program provides high quality learning opportunities in a safe, nurturing, and academically-rigorous environment where children are encouraged to achieve their full potential.
The After School Program focuses on supporting children in developing their academic skills and raising literacy levels. Literacy skills are enhanced through the use of award-winning web-based software programs such as Imagine Learning and Achieve 3000.
Children are able to learn essential 21st-century skills in the state-of-the-art SMARTLab by creating projects in robotics and coding, engineering, animation, and other media arts.
Additionally, they offer students an opportunity to engage in other activities offered by program partners, such as yoga, hip-hop, or dance.
