12+

Description

12+ places full-time teams inside partner high schools, where they run PLUS Centers offering drop-in one-on-one advising, workshops, FAFSA and application help, career exploration, and postsecondary planning. 12+ works with more than 6,500 students across 15 high schools. Last year 88% of its seniors committed to a postsecondary pathway.

Eligibility

How to join: This program is offered at partner schools. Students enroll through their school, not directly.

Students in grades 9-12 who attend a 12+ partner high school. Support continues after graduation through the Ascend alumni program, including a partnership with Community College of Philadelphia. See the partner schools list at 12plus.org.
