$5k Scholarship for Low-Income Trade Students, Due: 7/10

Background: The Henry and Cornelia Ritter Scholarship honors a family legacy built on hard work, service, and helping others. Henry worked as a carpenter, and his family carried on the value of building strong careers through the trades. This scholarship supports low-income students pursuing vocational or trade school education while making a positive impact in their communities.


Eligibility:
🎓 Open to graduating or recently graduated high school seniors and trade school students
🛠️ Must plan to enroll or already be enrolled in an accredited trade or vocational program
💸 Must come from a low-income family
📚 Must have at least a 2.0 GPA
🤝 Must have volunteer or community service experience
🌟 Leadership, caregiving responsibilities, work experience, and strong character are encouraged

Requirements:
🎥 Submit a video about your trade career goals and inspiration
💙 Explain how you hope to give back to others through your future career
📝 Submit a recommendation letter from a volunteer/community service connection

Scholarship Amount:
💰 $5,000
