Eligibility:
✅ High school senior planning to attend college
📚 Currently enrolled undergrad or grad student
♿️ Must be living with a documented disability
🏫 Must attend a U.S.-based school (2-year, 4-year, or technical)
🕐 Full-time or part-time student
Requirements:
📝 500+ word personal essay on overcoming challenges
📄 Proof of enrollment (transcript or certificate)
🧾 Medical documentation of disability
📬 Personal info (name, DOB, address, phone)
📢 Optional: recommendation letters or supporting docs
