Background: The LEAD Scholarship gives money to African American high school seniors. Each year, the amount of money and how many students get it changes. The most money a student can get is $5,000.
Eligibility:
👩🏿🎓 African American high school senior
🏫 Planning to attend accredited 2 or 4-year college/university
📚 Evidence of scholarly achievement and extensive community service
📊 GPA of 3.0+
🗣️ Strong communication skills in written, oral, and interview settings
💰 Demonstrate financial need (FAFSA and supporting information required during application)
