Background: The Junie Project Scholarship was created by an HBCU graduate who wants to help the next generation of healthcare leaders succeed. This scholarship supports Black students attending HBCUs who are passionate about careers in medicine or related healthcare fields. The goal is to give students financial support while encouraging them to continue making a difference in their communities through healthcare and service.
Eligibility:
🎓 Must be an undergraduate student at an HBCU
✊ Must identify as African-American/Black
🩺 Must be pursuing a career in medicine or healthcare
📚 Open to freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors
Requirements:
✍️ Write about your motivation for pursuing medicine or healthcare
🌟 Share your goals and aspirations in the medical field
💡 Explain how the scholarship will help you achieve your goals
📄 Submit a resume highlighting academics, leadership, service, and activities
