$10k Scholarship for Students With Diabetes, Due: 8/29
Background: Beyond Scholars is a special scholarship for students living with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. The program understands the challenges of managing diabetes while going to school and wants to help students achieve their college dreams. This year, Beyond Scholars is giving ten students $10,000 each to support their education.
Eligibility:
🩸 Must have type 1 or type 2 diabetes
🇺🇸 Must be a U.S. citizen
🎓 Must graduate high school before the deadline
🏫 Must plan to attend a U.S. college, university, or trade school
💰 Must show financial need
Requirements:
📄 Complete the Beyond Scholars application on the Beyond Type 1 website
🧾 Submit proof of diabetes diagnosis + financial need
📝 Write a personal statement about your goals and challenges
⏰ Apply before the deadline
