Background: Michael D’Ambrisi loved music and started young—he got a music degree at age 12 and led a jazz band during the Great Depression. His daughter, Audrey Sherrill, also loved music. She played piano and organ and spent her life teaching others. Their love for music inspired many people, especially their family. This scholarship celebrates Michael and Audrey’s passion by helping college students who want to study and perform music. If you love music too, and you’re working hard in school, this scholarship might be perfect for you!
Eligibility:
🎶 Music major in: Performance, Education, Therapy, or Jazz Studies
📍 Lives or studies in: DE, MD, PA, NY, NJ, or MA
🏅 GPA of 3.0 or higher
🎻 Preference for students with a classical focus
