Eligibility:
🎓 High school senior with 3.0+ GPA
💸 Demonstrated financial need
📘 Plans for post-secondary education
🏫 School counselor or organization with PACAC membership
Requirements:
✏️ Short answer (200 words) and essay (650 words)
📄 Unofficial transcript (uploaded)
📜 Letter of recommendation from counselor
🏆 Official transcript for selected recipients
