$1,000 HPFY Beyond Disability Scholarship Due 8/15

Background: The Health Products for You scholarship program aims to encourage and support undergraduate and graduate students who have not let their disability impede their life and ambitions.

Eligibility:
• Be a current high school senior or a college student living with a documented disability. If the applicant is a high school student, then he or she should be planning to attend an undergraduate program in a 2 or 4 -year college, university, technical school, or vocational school in the fall of the academic year following high school graduation.
• Enrollment status in school or college must be full-time or half-time.

How To Apply: Students can apply here by the August 15th deadline. Required materials include proof of enrollment or transcript (GPA does not impact the selection of the winner), medical documents to prove disability, a 500-word minimum essay on the prompt provided, and any supporting documents or letters of recommendations from teachers, mentors or advisers that you would like the selection committee to consider.
