WCU’s FREE iCamp Media Academy for Rising Seniors

Background: West Chester University’s iCamp provides a free media academy for high school students, where they can learn from professors, students, and social justice leaders to create impactful media like films, games, podcasts, and websites focused on social change. No previous experience is necessary to participate, and the program takes place at West Chester University’s main campus in West Chester or at WCU Philly in Center City during the first week.

🎥 Video production
🎙️ Podcasting
📰 Digital journalism
🎮 Game development

Eligibility:

🎓 Open to rising seniors (current juniors) from the School District of Philadelphia.

Requirements:

👤 Adult guardian’s legal consent required
📚 Recent report card (preferably Q3)
