Background: Since 1985, the Philadelphia Education Fund (PEF) has been a leader in addressing educational disparities. Through its College Access Programs (CAP), PEF assists over 1,700 low-income and first-generation Philadelphia public high school students annually. CAP participants consistently outperform their peers, completing FAFSA, earning diplomas, and pursuing higher education at higher rates. Additionally, PEF’s Philadelphia Scholars program awards over half a million dollars annually in scholarships to College Access alumni in need.

Qualifications:
π Interest in college access and success
π Background in social sciences (preferred)
π Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
π Strong ability to analyze data and synthesize findings
π Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
π Comfort interacting with teenagers and young adults from diverse cultural backgrounds
