
Up to $10k Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Scholarship, Due 11/2
Background:
✅The program awards two (2) $10,000 scholarships each year to exceptional HBCU seniors (one female and one male) who have demonstrated high academic achievement, strong leadership skills, commitment to community service, and unmet financial need.
Eligibility:
🎓Must have a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA on the 4.0 scale
🎓Must be a U.S. Citizen, National or Permanent Resident
🎓Must be a graduating college senior at an accredited Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)
Scholarship Amount:
(2) $10,000 scholarship
Required Materials:
2 500-700 word essay questions
2 letters of recommendation from faculty members on how the applicant reflects the values espoused by Frederick Douglass.
