Five $1,000 Scholarships Due in November and December

October 10, 2023

Don’t miss these $1,000 scholarships with upcoming deadlines! These scholarships are offered through various law firms.

It’s key to craft your essay for the prompt provided, but that doesn’t always mean you have to start from scratch! Can parts of your essay on giving back to the community fit in your essay on excellence while helping others? Probably! When using this trick, make sure each essay is still specific to the prompt and that it flows naturally (in other words, that it doesn’t read as a few disconnected copied and pasted paragraphs).

By the way, do we recommend reusing papers across your different classes in high school or college? NO! At best, your professors can tell and you won’t score well. At worst, your school may have a policy against this. But in the world of applying to scholarships, there is no problem in repurposing your own essays.
