2023 PABJ Multimedia Scholarship Challenge
Background: The Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists is currently offering a few scholarships for students studying journalism or communications (i.e. television, radio, print, new media) or in another major working toward a journalism career. There are two scholarship offerings available; $2,500 for full-time undergrad students and $1,000 for full-time community college students.
Eligibility:
☑️ Must be enrolled full-time as an undergrad at an accredited university/college or community college.
☑️ Must currently have a minimum of 12 credits
☑️ Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
✍️How to Apply:
✔️Students are asked to submit a 1,200-word essay answering the prompt posted.
✔️All applicants must submit a minimum of 2 examples of your work.
✔️Applicants must have a letter of recommendation from a journalism or media professor.
