$2,500 Special Delivery of Dreams Scholarship For 2-Year or Technical College Students Due 3/1

Background: The Rocky Mountain Philatelic Library believes that the next generation is full of dreamers with big goals that will improve the world. Their scholarship seeks to give back to students so that they can afford to pursue their education dreams and career goals. Two recipients will be awarded $2,500 each.

Eligibility: This scholarship is open to students pursuing an associate degree or technical school certification. Applicants must strive to give back to their communities.
