$1,500 Scholars Helping Collars Scholarship for High School Seniors Due 2/27

Background: P.L.A.Y. will be awarding a $1,500 scholarship to a graduating high school senior who best exemplifies their core beliefs of compassion towards animals.

Eligibility: This scholarship is open to 2022-2023 graduating high school seniors.

How to Apply: Apply here by the February 27th deadline. To apply, students are asked to submit an essay between 500-1,000 words detailing their volunteer efforts to help animals in need, describing how that involvement has changed their lives and community or shaped their perceptions on the importance of animal welfare. You will also need to submit 2-3 photos of your volunteer efforts to help animals in need.

Be sure to follow their instructions when naming the Word Doc with your essay (the file name should be your full name, state, and date of birth. For example, Chipper-Jones-GA-4-24-2003) and check out the “How to Win” section at the application link for essay tips.
