$5,000 Hope for Healing Scholarship for Mental/Behavioral Health Majors Due 2/6

Background: The Hope for Healing Scholarship awards $5,000 each to one college-level undergraduate and one graduate-level applicant pursuing a Masters or Doctorate. The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage more of America’s best and brightest to pursue a vocation in the field of addiction and mental health.

Eligibility: Applicants must be enrolled in a degree program in an area of mental and behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or addiction. Applicants are required to have a GPA of 3.0 or higher in the last completed academic year at a four-year institution, a GPA of 3.0 or higher in the most recent quarter or semester, or if no college has been completed a 3.5 high school GPA.

How to Apply: Students can apply here by the February 6th deadline. Required materials include your transcript, proof of college enrollment or acceptance, documentation of course of study, and an essay that responds to the prompt provided.
