$1,000 Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship for High School or College Students Due 12/31

Selection: Recipients of the Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship are chosen based on the quality of their written personal statement. Financial need and past academic performance like grades or standardized test scores are not considered. The goal is to create a level field where students have complete control over their applications and are not given an advantage or disadvantage based on financial or academic circumstances.

Eligibility: This scholarship is open to 9th-12th grade, college, or graduate school students, including home-schooled students and adult learners.
