$1,000 Capital Auto Auction Scholarship for STEM Majors Due 8/15

Background: As the world grows more complex and demanding, it becomes more apparent that education is critical to solving the problems of both our nation and the world. Capital Auto Auction wants to help provide more individuals with the opportunity to get a solid education and make a difference. The winner will receive $1,000 to be used toward his or her degree and two runners-up will receive a $250 textbook scholarship.

Eligibility: The scholarship is open to undergraduate students majoring in a STEM field.

How to Apply: Students can apply here by the August 15th deadline. The online application requires a copy of your transcript and a short response to the prompt: “Tell us about yourself and why we should pick you.”
