$1,000 Texting and Driving Prevention College Scholarship Due 2/10

Background: At Hodge & Langley Law Firm, we hope that this essay contest will help spread awareness of the dangers posed by distracted driving and inspire young people to think critically about creative ways to curb the epidemic.

Eligibility: The scholarship is open to students who have been accepted to or are currently enrolled in an accredited community college, undergraduate, or graduate program in the United States.

How to Apply: Submit your application here by 2/10. Required materials include:
• Your resume and contact information
• Your college acceptance letter or other proof of acceptance or attendance
• Your 500-word essay that discusses how young people can prevent themselves and others from driving while distracted. Feel free to discuss your personal relationship with this issue and to provide useful prevention tips to increase safety for everyone on the road.
