Free 1199C Online ESL Classes: Apply Now for July

Complete the form here to enroll for July 2021 ESL classes offered by District 1199C Training & Upgrading Fund. The free, online classes are for English as a Second Language Learners looking to improve their English reading, language, citizenship, workforce, and civics skills. Students need to be Philadelphia-area residents 16 years or older.

Schedule (TBD: subject to change)
Beginning English: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00am-11:30am
Intermediate or Advanced MORNING: Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00am-12:00pm
Intermediate EVENING: Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30pm-8:30pm
Advanced EVENING: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30pm-8:30pm
