$2,500 Ramblers Scholarship for LGBTQ+ College Athletes

Apply here by June 1st to be considered for the $2,500 New York Ramblers Scholarship, open to undergraduate student athletes of all sports who are members or allies of the LGBTQ+ community. Applicants are asked to complete a series of brief essays, submit two letters of recommendation, and provide a list of relevant honors/extracurricular activities as well as a copy of an official transcript.

The ideal scholarship candidate will:
–Have a clearly described need for financial support;
–Be significantly impacted by this scholarship;
–Be able to articulate their personal and professional goals;
–Be involved in extracurricular activities with demonstrated passion and commitment;
–Show leadership in academics, extracurriculars, and/or athletics
–Have a reasonable probability of completing their degree
–Demonstrate an interest in community service, involvement, or volunteerism
