$1,000 Against The Grain Artistic Scholarship for Asian American Students, Due: 5/31

Background: The Against The Grain Artistic Scholarship helps Asian American students who love the arts—like film, music, journalism, or dance—pay for college. It’s made for creative students who want to use their talents to make a difference. If you’re passionate about telling stories or making art and you’re going to college, this is a great chance to get support for your dreams!


Eligibility:
🧬 Must be at least 25% Asian and/or Pacific Islander
🗽 Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or legal permanent resident
🎓 Must be a high school senior or full-time college student in the U.S.
🎭 Must be majoring in the arts, journalism, or mass communications
🤝 Must show leadership through community service or activities
📚 Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
🚫 Board members’ family members are not eligible
