$1000 NSHSS Scholarship for Students Attending Community College or Trade School Due: 9/12
Background: Some students choose different paths after high school, like community colleges or trade schools. These schools have lower costs, great educational opportunities, and offer specific job training. They can also help you transfer to a four-year college later. NSHSS is giving three $1,000 scholarships to help these students achieve their dreams.
Eligibility:
🎓 High school graduates of 2024 or earlier
📚 Students enrolled in or planning to attend community college or trade school
🏅 GPA of 3.5 or higher
Requirements:
📝 500-800 word essay responding to the prompt in the APPLY HERE link below
📸 Optional: Pictures/videos showing your leadership
🖼️ Color headshot for website
📄 Current transcript (official or unofficial)
👨🏫 Educator recommendation letter
📜 Academic resume
