Background: The Ethel Hayes Destigmatization of Mental Health Scholarship exists to support more open and honest dialogue about the millions of people who are struggling with mental health and those people who have loved ones who are struggling with mental health. Eligibility:  The scholarship is open to all students who have had challenges with mental health or who have had loved ones who have struggled with mental health.

How to Apply: Apply here by the June 14th deadline by writing a 200-1,000 word essay on the prompt provided. Pro tip– write closer to 1,000 than 200 words. Doing so will allow you to write a memorable essay filled with descriptive and specific details that will help you stand out from the crowd!
