Up to $5,000 AFCEA Scholarships for College Sophomore or Junior STEM Majors Due 5/31

Background: These scholarships are offered by the AFCEA, a nonprofit association serving the military, government, industry, and academia as a forum for advancing professional knowledge and relationships in the fields of communications, information technology, intelligence and global security.

Scholarships: There are three scholarships open to applicants who are not AFCEA members. There is one application form for all scholarships. Applicants will be considered for all  scholarship opportunities for which they are qualified.

• STEM Major Scholarship ($2,500)
• Undergraduate Diversity Scholarship ($3,000)
• Cyber Security Scholarship ($5,000)

Eligibility: This scholarship is open to students who are sophomores or juniors at a 4-year college or university. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

How to Apply: Students can apply here by the May 31st deadline. Required materials include responses to short-answer questions, an official transcript, and two letters of recommendations from faculty members in your major of study.
