$15,000 Davis-Putter Scholarship for Students Active in Movements for Social Change Due 4/1

Background: The Davis-Putter Scholarship Fund provides financial support for students who are active and emerging organizers in progressive movements for liberation, self-determination, and social and economic justice in their communities. The maximum scholarship available is $15,000 per year and the average scholarship awarded last year was $7,500.

Eligibility: Applicants must have financial need, be involved in movements for progressive social change, and be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college, university, or trade/technical school for the 2023-2024 academic year. How to Apply: Students can apply here by the April 1st deadline. Required materials include a personal statement, your most recent transcripts, two letters of recommendation and your student aid report (SAR).
