$1,000 College Completion Scholarship For Black Women Graduating College Due 1/13

Background: Through their College Completion Scholarship, Gifted Scholars will award two recipients with $1,000 each.

Eligibility:
• Black female
• Ages 20-26
• Graduating college senior
• Minimum GPA of a 2.0+
• Must live in Pennsylvania or Delaware
