$5,625 Tony Coelho Scholarship for Students with Disabilities Pursuing a Career in Media Due 5/19

Award: The NBCUniversal Tony Coelho Media Scholarship offers eight scholarships of $5,625 each to be used in the fall semester of 2022 to help cover the cost of education at their college or university.

Eligibility:
• Current or incoming undergraduate or graduate student who will be enrolled during Fall 2022
• Self-identify as a person with any type of disability
• Be interested in pursuing a career in communications, media, or entertainment (all majors are welcome to apply, including computer science, engineering, information technology, statistics, etc.)
• You do NOT need to be a U.S. citizen in order to qualify.

How to Apply: Students can apply here by the May 19th deadline with the following materials:
• Resume
• Unofficial transcript
• Three 300-word essays on the prompts provided
• One letter of recommendation from a professor, academic advisor, or mentor
• Additional portfolio of creative work (optional)
