GIVERSITY in STEM Scholarship Due 5/6

Background: The GIVERSITY in STEM Scholarship is offered by the GG STEM Foundation, whose mission it is to encourage individuals from underrepresented groups with an interest in STEM to dream big and pursue their goals through scholarships, events, and education. The award amount is not specified at this time.

Eligibility:
• Must be a high school senior or undergraduate student at an accredited university
• High school seniors must have plans to study at a 2-year, 4-year, or technical college as full-time students. (You do not need to have already been admitted at the time you apply for this scholarship.)
• Must intend to study a STEM-related major
• Must identify as female and/or come from an underrepresented background in STEM
• Must be a US Resident

How to Apply: Students can apply here by the May 6th deadline. Applicants are asked to upload a transcript and two responses of 300-words or less each to the following questions: (1) How has your involvement in STEM shaped your life? (2) What part will you play in the future of increasing diversity in STEM?
